Before, I only drank water when I remembered... and that made me feel tired and sluggish all the time. But nothing motivated me to drink water, and after seeing information about how much water I should be drinking, I decided to start a mini challenge of drinking that amount, starting each morning with my bottle next to me.
Buying myself an aesthetic bottle made me realize that those morning glow tips are really true, because my skin improved and my energy level went up quite a bit.
It's the simplest habit and at the same time one of the most impactful.
